Samsung France’s channel program held huge potential but its data lay scattered across multiple files and portals. In just three months Twogether changed that, by building PartnerView into the program, giving Samsung a single dashboard that combined revenue, tier readiness, rebates, MDF and training. Partner Account Managers and partners now have instant insight and a shared language for growth, while creating transparency for partner meetings and executive reporting.
Samsung France managed a complex partner program, but insight was fragmented. Revenue figures, training completion stats and tier rules sat in separate portals.
Without a unified view, Partner Account Managers spent meetings assembling data instead of supporting partners, and smaller resellers had little visibility of their own performance. Samsung leadership wanted a single source of truth that could scale across product lines, respect French language requirements and be ready for a flagship partner event only four months away.
The mandate: Unify data, increase insight-led visibility for all stakeholders, elevate conversations, and unlock growth.
PartnerView replaced fragmented insights with a single narrative of performance, elevating every conversation. Partner Account Managers can now guide partners with evidence, executives track progress in real time, and the program has gained a scalable foundation that can power future regions and initiatives.
