To be listed as the fastest-growing B2B agency is an incredible achievement. The accomplishment underpins five years of success for our clients and our talented team.
So, how did we get here?
During this time, we’ve dedicated ourselves to implementing a vision to offer clients: a unique, one-touch agency experience, delivered in one place, by one integrated team.
By being the first B2B technology agency to offer integrated Media, Martech, and Audio services, clients now benefit from the connected expertise alongside creative, digital, and strategy to maximize the outcome of every campaign.
Our immersion and investment in all things B2B tech mean we’ve been able to bring technology to life in more imaginative ways and keep stand-out creativity at the heart of everything we do.
Altogether driving the impact of client campaigns to a whole new level. It’s also resulted in us winning B2B Marketing Agency of the Year not once, but twice.

Alex Norbury, Managing Director
With new growth comes a new mandate for the future: To build stronger client relationships and further push the boundaries of B2B marketing.
Be it his relentless desire to drive better outcomes for our clients, or motivation to empower our talented team to find answers in places that others can’t, Alex’s appointment as Managing Director will come as a surprise to no one.
He’s been helping clients achieve incredible ROI since he joined us over 10 years ago. We wouldn’t be where we are today without his dedication and insight to deliver the best approach for each campaign.
Being able to ask the questions, and unearth the answers, that no one else can is what I love about our team.
There is so much opportunity to be found in the world of B2B. My aim is to continue building client trust and confidence and ensure that we bring their technology to life more imaginatively than ever before.
Jon Busby, CTO
Growth and innovation go hand in hand, and we believe it’s our duty to keep learning and innovating on behalf of our clients. Even if that sometimes means trying to accomplish the seemingly impossible.
Tasked with this feat is Jon, with over two decades of experience in developing solutions, both internally and on behalf of our customers. Jon is now focused on driving forward innovation to uncover new ways to put smarter marketing at the forefront of what we do.
As CTO I’m excited to be part of fuelling this growth by helping our clients innovate – always testing the limits of what is possible in B2B marketing communications today.
When I joined Twogether, I always said I would stick around until I stopped learning. 12 years on, -and I can say that hasn’t happened yet, and I’m more passionate than ever to help solve new problems and push forward what is possible (and impossible).
Richard Sapsed, COO
As we’ve grown, we’ve had to become more responsible, for our people and our planet. We must look at the future of our industry, and the wider impact we have on society.
Richard will be leading the way to ensuring that we’re doing our part. Working to make sure we are leading the global shift towards becoming a more inclusive and sustainable partner.
A major part of my role is leading the transformation of our company to have a greater sense of purpose and positive impact on the world. I’ll be ensuring that we are focused on driving progressive change through People, Planet, and Performance initiatives to facilitate that critical evolution.
As I mentioned before, being listed as the #1 fastest-growing B2B agency was a huge accomplishment. It has also been a huge undertaking and an incredible journey.
This result only fuels our passion more. We will continue to be bold, take innovative action, and with our new team leading the way I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together in the years to come.
