Too often, professional IT services are an afterthought, tagged on to sales of more tangible hardware or software at the last minute. The Microsoft Services team came to twogether for a campaign to boost understanding among sales teams, partners and their customers, showing how services can add value and help salespeople hit their targets sooner.
Adapting Microsoft’s existing graphic style, we turned the word ‘with’ into a powerful storytelling tool. The simple payoff ‘...with Microsoft Services’, coupled with iconic images, became an enormously flexible campaign message, using multiple channels to take an endless variety of propositions to the internal and external audiences.
‘Microsoft Services’ powerful new identity culminated in a dramatic increase in brand awareness among both internal and external audiences, and more than 7,000 attendees being driven to what is the company’s flagship customer event.
