Job responsibilities
Account Direction:- Responsibility for developing strategic programme and finalising programme activity and budget with client
- Manage account team activity to ensure appropriate tactical programmes are developed and implemented on brief, on time and on budget according to Twogether quality standards
- Ensure team members take ownership and responsibility for projects
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered following the twogether process (including ability to take the initial brief, creation of the creative brief, making additional recommendations, presentation of concepts and consulting and influencing the client's expectations)
- Understanding of financial status of each account at all times
- Responsibility for account profitability
- Responsibility for ensuring team understands and works within Twogether processes
- Responsibility for communicating between internal departments and escalating issues
Client Liaison:
- Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client’s business
- Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels within clients including senior decision makers and influencers
- Contribute to and help to shape client marketing strategy and thinking
- Advise on all aspects of the marketing mix and their deployment to achieve a client’s business objectives
- Strive for trusted ‘friend’ status
- Organise and lead regular reviews with the key client stakeholders
Growing the Business:
- Proactively create and develop opportunities for growing the business within existing clients
- Responsibility for helping to develop and present new business pitches
- Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches face to face to new prospects. This includes the ability to articulate Twogether's proposition, personality and values, and to identify/understand the prospect’s requirements and play to them
Management of Team:
- Lead and motivate team to fulfil their potential and assume responsibility for the successful implementation of their projects
- Hold 1-2-1’s with all team members every quarter, maintaining relevant objectives, and development plans where required
- Hold yearly appraisals with all team members
- Create and manage the objectives of each team member and measure performance against them
- Ensure that the team is delivering the Twogether ethos of customer service and quality
