In partnership with bChannels, we provide a managed service in North America, EMEA and APJ that includes multi-lingual helpdesk support. To enable this we created a high-availability, multi-lingual web application called Margin Builder.

Margin Builder integrates with partner systems and delivers a variety of critical functionality through a highly configurable, CMS-driven interface.

Symantec uses the tool to give extra margin to over 24,000 users across 7,800 partner companies. With Margin Builder, Symantec is also able to communicate promotions to partners and distributors faster than ever before.

Margin Builder provides unique visibility of the sales cycle, giving Symantec more insight into where deals fall down. This allows Symantec to target points in the process and provide the support that partners need to close more deals.

Margin Builder and its user base continue to grow, and the return on investment for Symantec has been exceptional.

Marlow Place:

Grade I-listed Marlow Place was built in 1720 for John Wallop, 1st Earl of Portsmouth. Host to the highest of society (including George II) the building was designed with pediments, pilasters, a ballroom… and a secret underground tunnel to the pub – for Wallop to smuggle in ladies of the night. At the end of the 18th century the house was acquired by the Royal Military Academy. In the 1950s it was a girls’ finishing school (old Wallop would surely have approved). And today, it's home to us.
